Drop the mic!

Working with sound and voice-overs gives me great pleasure and, consequently, health.

And it’s not just mental health resulting from professional happiness.

To keep my voice at 100%, I make sure not to catch a cold during unstable springs like this one. My vocal health thanks me for it.

I also make sure to walk and exercise to compensate for the many hours I spend sitting while editing audio on the computer. The rest of my body also appreciates.

All things considered, a life of sound = a sound mind in a sound body.

Okay… But there are also wisdom teeth…

Wisdom, they say. I should have known better…

Those bastards, despicable gits, infamous pricks, vile roguish wretched abject scoundrels that don’t help at all. Not at all! They’re not even good for chewing. And they get in the way of my work as a Portuguese voice-over artist.

It seems like my wisdom teeth were bullying the other molars and I had to have them pulled. But the bastards, despicable gits, infamous pricks, vile roguish wretched abject scoundrels clung on to my gums with all their might, and only by brute force was the surgeon able to remove them.

And now, days later, my jaw still hurts…

And there are voice-overs to be done.

Bastards…
